New sound effects play on word success, errors, game completion, and a countdown tick in the final 10 seconds, with a mute toggle that remembers your choice.

The word list now uses only the most common 100,000 English words by frequency (filtered from 172,768 down to 47,757), removing obscure, archaic, and rare words while keeping everyday vocabulary — days, months, internet-era words like EMAIL and BLOG, and recognizable proper nouns. The dictionary hierarchy stays strictly nested — Easy ⊂ Hard ⊂ Extreme ⊂ Full — so every word a board uses is always playable, and the Daily Challenge validates against the same dictionary as Classic Boggle.
